Everett Newton Pickel, born on 6 November 1860, was a clerk at Poley and Company's drug store in Boulder, Colorado, which was owned by Cyrus S. Poley. Pickel was assistant Sunday school superintendent at the Presbyterian church in Boulder. Further details about Everett Pickel and his relatives were noted by Professor Raymond G.
